Very nice pouffe and also bought the love seat. Looks great and is comfy. It does leave imprints where you have been sat/put feet on. Does bounce back but unsure if it will wear the best if used everyday. It is more of an accent seat for me so not worried about it and won’t get used every day.

Lovely armchair
Knew this would come on the firmer side, so hope it will soften slightly over time. Still comfy though and the back cushion is softer. Love the look of it. Fabric feels durable and somewhat water resistant, kind of canvassy. Great for the price!

Really disappointing experience

Great- small issue fixed
Love these seats. Bought for my mum and they are super comfortable and look like they would cost double. Had a small issue with the feet as the hole didn’t line up. Contacted and they replaced the full thing without any issue and at our convenience. Very impressed with the customer service. Issues arise but it’s how it’s dealt with that tells you what you need to know about a company. Thanks.

Het is little early to write a review. I can give it at the moment 4 stars as I find the seat quite hard and not that comfortable. I am hoping that with use the seat will soften. I was going to order another one as it looks nice but need to wait and give it time. The delivery was brilliant, although evening delivery not ideal where I live. Also when initially trying to order another chair the delivery cost doubled for the second and same chair. .? Why
