How to cancel an order — before despatch, after despatch, and what happens with bespoke pieces.
Before despatch
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been despatched for a full refund.

After despatch
Once your order has been despatched, you may have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable.
You have a 14-day cancellation period from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel after receiving your order, please contact our customer support team before returning any items.

Bespoke and made-to-measure orders
Bespoke orders include products that are customised specifically for you, such as:
- Custom dimensions.
- Customer-selected materials or finishes.
- Special configurations.
- Products made to your specific requirements.
These orders can be cancelled before we place the manufacturing request with our supplier.
Once production has started or the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer, cancellation may no longer be possible, and any deposit or payment made may become non-refundable due to the personalised nature of the product.
Cancelling collection orders
If you have selected collection, you can cancel your order before collection for a full refund.
If your order has already been prepared for collection, please contact our team, and we will assist you with your request.
If we cancel your order
We may cancel an order in the following situations:
- We are unable to fulfil your order because an item is unavailable, discontinued, or no longer supplied.
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
- A required security or fraud prevention check is unsuccessful.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund within 7 working days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days after cancellation confirmation. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to display the funds.
