LEEDS FURNITURE COMPANY LTD delivers orders across the United Kingdom.
Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the time your order is placed, subject to product availability and successful delivery arrangements.
Delivery times are calculated based on our order cut-off time, handling time, and carrier transit time. Deliveries affected by UK public holidays may take longer.

Bespoke or made-to-order products may have different delivery times, which will be confirmed separately before or after ordering.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT, London time) on a business day are processed within the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Our handling days are Monday to Friday.
How We Deliver
Furniture and Large Items
For larger furniture and bulky products, we use suitable delivery services designed to ensure safe and secure handling.
Depending on your order and delivery requirements, your delivery may include:
- Scheduled delivery appointments
- Specialist furniture carriers
- Two-person delivery for larger or heavier items
- In-room delivery where available
- Packaging removal where included or agreed in advance
Smaller Items
Smaller items and accessories may be delivered using trusted courier services.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Requirements
To help us provide a smooth delivery experience, please make sure:
- You check doorways, staircases, lifts, entrances, and other access points before ordering large furniture.
- Someone is available to receive the delivery when required.
- You inform us in advance about any access restrictions, including narrow entrances, stairs, limited parking, or difficult access.
- You provide accurate delivery information when placing your order.
If delivery cannot be completed because of access restrictions that were not communicated to us before delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
If nobody is available to receive a delivery where a signature or attendance is required, additional delivery charges or a re-delivery fee may apply.
Click & Collect
Where Click & Collect is available for an item, you will be provided with collection instructions.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the designated collection point.
In-stock items are normally prepared for collection as soon as possible.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order. We will advise whether alternative delivery arrangements are available.
Tracking and Delivery Updates
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.
Where available, we will provide:

For scheduled furniture deliveries, our team or delivery partner may contact you before delivery to confirm the delivery arrangements.

This estimate includes the applicable handling and transit periods and is based on the order being placed before or after our 2:00 PM UK order cut-off time.
