Click & Collect is a convenient way to receive your furniture without waiting for home delivery. This service is available for selected in-stock furniture and home furnishing products.
Orders are normally prepared within one working day during our opening hours. Collection is available only after you receive your confirmation email.
How it works
- Add your chosen products to your basket and select Click & Collect at checkout.
- There is no delivery charge when collecting your order.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
- Visit our collection location with your order confirmation and a valid form of identification.
- Our team will assist with loading larger furniture items into your vehicle where possible.

How long we hold orders
We hold Click & Collect orders for 14 days after notifying you that your order is ready.
If you are unable to collect within this period, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange additional storage where possible.
What if I change my mind?
You may cancel your Click & Collect order before collection for a full refund.
Once your order has been collected, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
