Recently recieved our sofa from . Really easy ordering process, delivery options were brilliant, we were kept up to date with order process throughout all the way to the day of delivery. Furniture arrived in great condition, really well packaged and delivered into the house by the delivery guys. Sofa feels and looks good quality and is well worth the money we paid, really happy with the whole process and would definitely use again. Looks lovely but poor quality
Bought to match sofa. Finally delivered after several delays. Box intact when delivered. Opened it to find a hole in the lining underneath the pouffe and grey scuff marks on the cream fabric in a few places. I expected that would happen over time, I just didn’t expect that it would be packed and deliver this way. Disappointed.

Bought together with the matching pouffe. Absolutely love these! They look even better in person and the quality is fantastic. The chair is really comfortable and the matching pouffe makes it the perfect spot to relax with a book. The arms are quite low, so properly plump cushions are definitely needed for extra support, but once added it's incredibly cosy. Only downside was delivery, which was 10 days later than estimated and even though both items were ordered together, they arrived separately – 4 days apart. But the furniture itself is beautiful and I'm absolutely delighted with it.

Everything arrived as expected, and I was even able to put the sofa together completely on my own. Perfect size fits my window space perfectly and frees up floor space of the previous sofa the colour is perfect, very comfortable too the cushions are loose but sit firm in place with a Velcro back. My only disappointment is the fabric is not as soft and pile feel that I expected
