Lovely well made chair, easy to assemble with only the feet to attach, comes with the hardwear and tool to assemble it in the box , velour is soft and plush but does shade if the pile is rubbed in an opposite direction, comfy to sit on and easy to sit and rise from .

l've been contacting you for two weeks by email and phone. I'm on hold for half an hour. Nobody answers and Until the return time was finish,The quality of the sofa is very low quality and the color looks like green, not beige | want to return the order, but you are not right and no one answers the phone. I ordered two of three seats , I hope no one buys from you to avoid losing money

The sofa was delivered to the room of choice , easy to assemble the feet and ,makes the sofa look very modern and contemporary. Takes a bit of getting used to as my previous sofas were more deeper in the seat area but I like this and would highly recommend.
