Love these seats. Bought for my mum and they are super comfortable and look like they would cost double. Had a small issue with the feet as the hole didn’t line up. Contacted and they replaced the full thing without any issue and at our convenience. Very impressed with the customer service. Really disappointing experience
Really disappointed with our sofa. After just one week, the fabric has already started plucking/pulling with normal use. The quality is extremely poor and customer service hasn’t responded to my complaint. I would avoid purchasing a sofa from .

Het is little early to write a review. I can give it at the moment 4 stars as I find the seat quite hard and not that comfortable. I am hoping that with use the seat will soften. I was going to order another one as it looks nice but need to wait and give it time. The delivery was brilliant, although evening delivery not ideal where I live. Also when initially trying to order another chair the delivery cost doubled for the second and same chair. .? Why

Comfortable Chair
Love the fabric on this chair just what I was looking for. The seat is a little hard but hopefully it will wear in. The only negative was having to pay for 2 person delivery when one delivery guy carried it to our door on his own!

I can't review the sofa as never got it,problem with access they said 6weeks before that had moved in with most of my furniture,I was charged,£60 for the delivery and another £40 for them to return it so have payed £100 and no sofa as an 82 yr old having had to a retirement flat,found this alarming ,. I have had to order another sofa from Dunelm No delivery charge at all they bring it into the house,not just outside,if I don't like it I don't have r to pay to send it back,that is a service,so be aware regards moggy

Really comfy and a good size! Can double as a footrest or coffee table (once you purchase a tray). Only thing missing is a storage compartment like the others on the site.

Knew this would come on the firmer side, so hope it will soften slightly over time. Still comfy though and the back cushion is softer. Love the look of it. Fabric feels durable and somewhat water resistant, kind of canvassy. Great for the price!
